Traverse City Mayor & City Commission Candidate Forum September 23, 2025. 6:00 - 7:40 at the TADL, McGuire Room.

The League of Women Voters – Grand Traverse Area will be hosting a candidate forum for the Traverse City Mayor and City Commission candidates who are on the November 4, 2025 election ballots.

Come hear the candidates and learn about their qualifications, their reason for seeking election and how they would handle issues facing Traverse City.

The League, consistent with our policy of non-partisanship, is committed to sponsoring candidate forums for electoral races when two or more candidates who are seeking the same position agree to participate.

The LWVGTA collaborates with TADL and TACM to offer programs and forums in face-to-face and virtual format. The LWV is a national, nonpartisan organization whose main mission is to empower and inform voters and to defend Democracy. The League neither endorses nor opposes candidates or parties, but encourages the informed and active participation of all citizens in government.
